I will soon be getting a Powermac G4 Quicksilver 2002:

1Ghz Dual G4
1Gb RAM
160Gb HDD
nVidia GeForce 4 MX 64mb.

Its only $200 which I think is fairly decent for this old Mac, and it will only be used as a secondary computer.

My question is: Tiger or Leopard?

I don't need Leopard, but I've kind of grown onto the new Finder, Spaces, and Quick Look. Also, I might want to use Time Machine or Boot Camp in the future.

Point being, I would like to load Leopard on it, but I won't bother if it won't run properly.

What do you think?

Wow!

I walk away for a snack and 3 replies!!

I've been a long time member of Mac-Forums, but I might just start frequenting here!

Nobody over there has replied yet!

Thanks for the advice, and I'm glad Leopard is a good idea, I don't think I could go back to Tiger...

ha right sorry, thanks.

My first Mac was Intel, so I keep forgetting about the certain setbacks of PowerPC Macs.

Oh well, that's not as big a deal as everything else.
