Ok, I was lucky enough to pick up a Macbook Pro at a steal. So, I am finally making the switch over. Apple is sending me restore CD's so I can start over from scratch. Anyway, iWork is on the MBP and I hear that it works great and I would like to keep it. Is it possible? Can I save it somehow and put it back after doing the fresh reinstall?

Thank in advance,

You can download the trial for free from Apple's site. If it's activated, just open Pages for example and click Pages > About Pages > write down the serial and then do a clean install and download it and use that serial

Well may be it's not activated. I did what you said, but I do not see a serial number. I don't see where this is a trial version anywhere and seems to work as I would assume a full version would.

Seems to be a trial then, it's same as full version but expires after 30 days
