New Mac Pro 2009; A Few Questions

I was just curious about the following on my new 2009 Mac Pro; 2.66 Quad; 3TB 640GB; 3GB Ram; ATI 512 Graphics Card:

1. How loud should it be? I think one of the noises was my hard drive rattling because the carpet it was on was uneven. I have since moved it to on top of my desk and that has subsided for now. Now it's noise is just kind of a purr, normal right?

2. How do I keep dust from getting inside? I think having it off the carpet should help that now....

3. The bottom RAM/CPU tray does not line up properly, but the machine works fine... Ill get a pic of this up later. Basically, one side is more flush than the other side when you slide it back in, but everything locks in right.

1. The sounds should be ok yes. I have them purrs too.
2. Dust was never an issue for me. Also not when it comes inside my machine a little. Just blew it off a bit when I had to open the case.
3. If it works, just let it work I'd say.
