MP 7,1 New Mac Pro and Boot Camp

I have a new 2019 Mac Pro. Creating a internal boot camp partition using Boot Camp Assistant repeatedly fails. Install fails with “stuck” downloading windows support software. Cannot even download support software from menu.

Has anyone else had this same experience?
