Thanks to everyones input and opinions here i came home FINALLY with a new mac pro this weekend. Now i need to add more RAM. If i have read everything correctly, A 1x4 GB stick would run more efficiently than a 2x2 plus the MAC ram of 1x2. This doesnt really make sense to me because it has 2 more GB of RAM. Basically i wanted to buy a 2x2 stick and add it to the MAC ram... but some are saying this is wrong. does that mean i need either a 1x4 or 2x4GB setup to make it run the most efficiently? Thanks in advance!
