Hello! I bought Mac Pro in Europe and I wanted US keyboard. They told me that it is not a problem to change it. After they changed it my comp did not turn on at all and it couldn't charge as well. No noise or anything when pressing the power button. I returned it to the apple store and they told me they'll call me back to pick it up. I am a bit concerned because I have no idea what they broke and should I ask for a new computer all together? What do you think?

Yes its laptop :)

It’s a macbook pro then. The Mac Pro is apple’s top of the line professional tower; quite different.

Could be any number of things, I wouldn’t worry too much about it. They’ll get it back to you and it’ll surely work fine. No need to ask for a brand new one as it’ll likely be exactly the same just take longer to get.

Essentially, don’t worry about it. If you get it back and there’s still a problem then it’s the time to worry.
