probably August 2011 the new design will be out. This I know for sure. Just after the Loin gets released the new MBP design will be announced and be on the market by the end of August this year

so there are definitely going to be new mac pros coming out this august? hmmmm..... there is a really good sale in microcenter. i dont know if i should buy the MBP 13" now or wait for apple to release the new editions. do you think when apple release the new ones, the old MBP 13" will be cheaper than $999?
There's likely to be new Mac Pros coming out, but unlikely that there is going to be MacBook Pros coming out until 2012.

You guys started talking about Mac Pros and then switched to talking about MacBook Pros. Which is it? I'm inclined to believe MacBook Pros, since that is the forum we are in.

Lol, fair enough. I guess worded awkwardly is a better description, but I wanted everyone to say at least something to themselves in Yoda.

The new case design is nothing but rumor. The current design isn't quite 3 years old yet, and the design before that lasted us 7 years. I wouldn't hold my breath at all.
