New Mac User - Application Help

I just got my first Mac last week and I need help finding some comparable programs to what I'm used to on my PC. When it came to music I was using iMesh to download and Tunebite to convert the copyrighted files to mp3. I need a new music downloader and a new audio converter...any suggestions. If the audio converter could do video as well that would be perfect. Thanks for the help.

Well, there's iTunes for downloading music.

For converting music I like Max.

I was looking for something more like iMesh that has a monthly subscription. I'd rather not pay 99 cents a song. I download alot of music.

I found something called eMusic. Looks like mostly independent music labels though. Anyone know of any other month subscription music downloads that are Mac compatable?
