Need help when typing, the letters either appear slow or not at all and I have to retype. I'm not a fast typist but it shouldn't be that slow for letters to appear. Also I have to press really hard on the delete key just to get it to delete a letter or press numerous times. Thinking of taking it back to Best Buy since I just brought it, I already checked out the keyboard preference and still that doesn't even help. Any advice would be appreciated.

is it still indexing the hard drive?

Its not indexing anything, this is very new. The only thing I added was Firefox, it is stock new otherwise. I only had this macbook for 4 days now.

I would say that the ribbon( although I am sure thats not what they are today) isnt connected properly resulting in intermittent connections. Return it asap this should not be happening. If anything the MB's keyboard is a major plus for the product
