Hi, just bought a macbook 2.2 refurb from Apple, I received it last Thursday and already had to send it off to be fixed with a defective keyboard. Should I be calling Apple about this, is there something that they could do? I was just wondering if someone could give any advice to deal with this. Thanks.

Well if it was just the KB I would have ran to the store. Most of the time they can fix stuff there. Sorry to hear that you got a bad one.

Thank you for your input. I was just wondering if Apple would do something or do I just get it fixed as it is covered under warranty. Thanks again.

what do you mean by "do something"? They'll fix it for you, but if you're hoping for them to give you something because of this I doubt it. Can't hurt to ask I suppose, but doubt you'll get anything.
