New MacBook Air (2 Ghz Core i7) beats my Mac Pro and MacBook Pro in benchmarks

By no means a scientific test, but I'm pretty floored by what this indicates. It doesn't win across the board, but this computer is more than enough power for me.

Xbench with no other applications running:

MacBook Air 13" Mid 2012 (2 Ghz Core i7, 8GB 1600 Mhz DDR3)

Now, my MP and MBP aren't the latest models, but they are the best in class processors from their model year. Consider me very impressed.
 
I'd like to hear someone's explanation of this as well. After I saw that your MBP (The same as mine, save for the RAM and SSD), had the solid state installed, I figured it would be close.

How did it beat it in graphics when the MBP has discrete graphics?
