New MacBook Air keeps shutting down

Just got it before Christmas.. Every night it will just shutdown, I will have to shut the lid, hit the power button and it will come back up and say the computer **** down cause of a problem.

All I am doing is listening to spotify and searching online.. I have 8GB Ram and 81 GB Space

Just for curiosity, if you shut the lid how are you hitting the power button?

I had something similar, where closing the lid would sometimes cause a crash. Apple eventually put in a new motherboard and it was fixed. Maybe get Apple to fix it?
