Hi have bought the newest macbook and I have problem with SMCfancontrol.
I have turn up the exhaust fan speed in the smcfancontrol and the fan will speed up to that speed for 10 seconds and then return to 1614 rpm. It does not stay at the fan speed setting I set.
Before installing smcfancontrol, installed fan control 1.2 from this link: http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/23137
But I deleted it before installing smcfancontrol. I don't know if this is the cause.
