I have to say it looks good but... I wonder why these threads are always started by noobs:rolleyes:

okay I am noob but I used to be a reader of the forum and news not a Replyer/Poster.
But this I coudn't let pas by :D

I call fake - it says 'Changing Things' with capitalised words, yet the adjacent iMac promo image says 'Now faster' with the correct first-word-capitalisation.

Also, the background, second sentence, buttons, etc. are exactly the same as the iMac's image - I have never seen Apple use the same design next to each other...

Interesting however.

The image has taken a trip through Photoshop CS3 for Windows.

Care to share where you saw this image?

Ah I see now you are right.

And I shall look in my history where I found it.

umm guys I just was looking in my history and got around 1332523552 different sites so umm :p it could take a while

It's fake obviously. The reflection at the bottom of the little macbook (where it's together along with the white/black macbooks) is bigger than the white/black's reflection.

While clearly a fake (the paint job is too uniform with little to no contrast), I wonder if such a product would even look good using plastic? Would it be too glossy (ala the white) or too matte (ala the black)?

If the MacBook goes to Aluminum, I expect we will see more colors, so a "MacBook Red" would be one of those options.

I can see Apple doing something like painting the lid of the MacBook's red only, when the MacBook's Al come out, and make that a Product RED MacBook.

i saw some guy who like i think painted it red didnt look to good but dying it is a good idea like that guy with the orange ibook
