New Macbook no iSight

I received my new Alu Macbook yesterday and was installing Windows XP on bootcamp and then setup Parallels 3.

Before all this my iSight was working but since then it seems to have vanished. It is not listed under the USB section of system profiler and when i open something like photo booth i get the following symbol:

I need help! I dont know how to fix it.

Thanks, found that just after I left the post.

Had to shutdown, remove battery and power cord and then hold the power down for 5 seconds.

this reset something on the board which then fixed it.
