Hi,
I'm having this problem with the new macbook pro 15'. Sometimes when watching a movie with higher volume set I can hear the hdd 'parking' (Sudden motion sensor triggering) and the video would stop for a moment. It's very annoying and I'm not sure if its normal for it to be so sensitive? My HDD is Hitachi 500MB. It doesn't happen very often, but sometimes it does and I dont think that just loud volume should cause hdd to park...

Can anyone help me, share your thoughts?

Thank you in advance.

Thanks, but that feature is for some reason and I don't really want to disable it. I want it to work properly, without going crazy like trigering even with sound vibration....

Can replacing hdd help? Or is it even worth to try and complain to Apple about that? I already did, but since its not happening too often, they dont see anything wrong. And its not like the service would sit and watch movies all day ;)

Its not an HDD function, its part of the computer.
