Hi,
So I read that Kernel Panics mostly occur because of Hardware modification/incompatabilities. Thing is, I bought the laptop three days ago! I had them upgrade the RAM from 4 to 8GB in the store.
Could that be the reason? It only happened once, but I think after three days that is not acceptable.
If it happens again I will post the exact log output. But until then I ask: Has anyone experienced a similar thing with new MacBooks?
Also it came with Lion installed. I called and got a code to download Mountain Lion for free. Could that cause Hardware issues? Because I assume since ML is out for a while now that my MacBook can't be the newest of Hardware Revisions...
Anyway, thanks for reading this far. Hopefully I'm worried about nothing but I hope you can understand me being upset. All in all, Apple's Product quality is the best I have experienced; But this was kind of a bummer.
