New Macbook Pro Can't remove a strange command window on desktop

Hi, I have purchased a new Macbook Pro 13 Model: A1278 and started using it for the first time.
There was a voice command as how and what to do step by step. Later it ended up with a strange dialog box on the Desktop (with black background) also with commands. [Please see attached screen shot ].
Someone please let me know how to remove this window from the desktop. Thanks.

Turn off VoiceOver
Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Accessibility -> VoiceOver

You must have inadvertently clicked Cmd+F5 on your keyboard to activate VoiceOver.
