Well I waited for the new IMac to update. I had two systems with problems after buying a 2500 computer, so they were both returned.....I ended up getting a 17" macbook pro loaded. I questioned if I needed it loaded, I upgraded the memory post purchase to 4gb.
I am so happy with the Macbook Pro. No problems going on 1 month. I use the power too, I play WOW, and upload photos, and browse web all at the same time.
I am really happy with this purchase, I think ill get the new macpro after its been out a few months. I'll give this to wife...
Anyhow, if anyone is debating Macbook pro vs Imac Id have to say, I couldnt be happier. I love laying down on couch and working...So much better. Ive never, ever been this happy with a computer. The integration of apples products is superb.
Well I guess its true good things can come out of bad things. Even if the iMac worked 100% I wouldnt have liked it this much.
