New MacBook Pro...monitor recommendations

So I just bought the new entry level MacBook Pro, to replace my 2011 iMac and 2012 MacBook Air. Now, I need a decent monitor to go with it. Hopefully, 27''.

I've been looking at some of the Dell monitors, as well as LG, which I like, but I'm hoping people have some recommendations I can check out?

I use my computer mainly for Photoshop, editing video, as well as the usual office software and browsing t'internet.

I just picked up the HP Envy 32-inch. Really excellent value and the screen quality is superb.

I have the Samsung UHD 4K monitor and its absolutely stunning

Get one of those Dell matte ones. Have one myself for my MBA 11". Love it.

That looks nice. Doesn't seem to be available in the UK though.

I was hoping to keep the price down to below £400. For the right monitor though, I could go above that.

Keep an eye out for a sale on the 4K Dell P2715Q.

It looks almost as good as the Apple 5K monitor for 1/3 to 1/4 the price. I got mine for US$450.

I bought the 27" thunderbolt display last October (education pricing) and haven't looked back!
