New Macbook Pro Not Performing Up To Par

I just recently purchased a new macbook pro, see sig. At first it ran awesome. Now all of a sudden its very laggy while scrolling on web pages, even without heavy flash content. My magic mouse is also slightly unresponsive. It tracks very slowly, and is choppy while following my movements. I know it is not just the mouse because It worked fine on my other computer. At this point, I have tried restarts, battery pulls, etc. And nothing seems to be working. At this point Im considering a complete OS re install. What do you guys suggest?


EDIT : It seems really bad when Its hooked up to my external monitor.
