New Macbook Pro Refurb - When?

I was wondering if anyone knew when refurbs generally start appearing after a new release as I haven't payed attention to this with past product releases. Also, how much would you expect the discount would be off the original price? An iMac at $1800 gets a $250 discount while the $2200 iMac gets a $300 discount so would you think it would be $250 or $300? Thanks in advance.

I would expect some in the next 2-3 weeks. It is doubtful that they will be greatly discounted until the next revision is released.

Well obviously not greatly discounted but they are discounted for being refurbished. Does anyone remember what the old MBPs were priced at in the refurb store before the new ones come out?

When the Macbook Air came out, they didn't realize refurbs for about 2-3 months afterwards. I would expect them to do similar this time (hold putting out the refurbs until the demand for new has peaked)

Well as a niche product I would think the reason why Apple released the refurbs so late was because they needed to build up a supply of refurb Macbook Airs before they could sell them. Anyways, I still have a month or 2 before I actually want to buy so hopefully they will be out by then.
