I just received my CTO 17" i7 MBP and the moment I turned it on I noticed the screen (actual LCD) was tilted slightly in the aluminum case. I use my computer for work 8+ hours a day. Will I be able to return/exchange this machine for a standard non-CTO machine at an Apple store?

If not, will Apple charge me a restocking fee if I simply return the CTO and go buy one at a local Apple store?

If you've bought a CTO MBP why would you want to exchange it for an off the shelf unit because of this issue? Talk to a Genius, they'll probably be able to fix it quickly for you.
