Hi,

I need a ProBook to do various tasks, I'm reading around about i7, but people are saying wait for the new batch of ProBooks? What new batch? any official information released on these new ProBooks? Apparently I'll get more for my money..

Thanks

Nope, no official information about anything called "ProBook" yet, even no official information about Apple's MacBook Pro notebook line.

As with all of these threads, what do you need the Mac for? Can you be specific? Maybe even the current line would suffice your needs.

Here are some of the threads Brettla talks about:

And as always, MRoogle can be blamed for finding your answers.

There is no official info on the next MacBook Pro, there are many threads already going that can let you know of any rumors that come out.

As you've mentioned there are at least two other threads already going on this topic. That aside, no, no one has any official information, but this is not unusual for Apple, as they tend to be very close lipped until just prior to the actual release.

You can check the threads referenced above for more information
Also, you can use the Search function or MRoogle to find more

Hopefully there will be some reliable news within the next month or so
