new macbook pro's audio/sound keeps skipping and stuttering

Im listening to music and its keeps on skipping and stuttering at times. What should I do?

Im listening to music and its keeps on skipping and stuttering at times. What should I do?

I've heard of this happening on other machines in the past right after they came out. I think a couple years ago the top of the line Mac Pro models had something like this. First try rebooting, then all the usual stuff like resetting pram, repairing permissions, etc. If none of that stuff works, and others end up having similar issues, then no worries, Apple will likely issue an update to fix it. Otherwise try taking it to the nearest store and getting it swapped out or otherwise inspected.
