New Macbook running hot during sleep??

Hello!

I just bought a brand new 15" macbook pro 3 weeks ago, and for the the past two days it started to run really hot whenever I put it into sleep mode. The fans never shut off when I close it, but it only happens when its plugged into the charger. Anyone else experience this problem????
