When I click the link under my new MacBook Pro to schedule a setup session, the times displayed are only for online sessions. Is Apple only doing online sessions for MacBooks? I understand this might be a COVID precaution, but I don’t think this risk is much different than shopping in store (which also has appointments). I don’t think I would benefit much from an online session. This is my first new MacBook in 9 years, so kinda disappointed.
 
In my city, capacity is being limited to 25% of the maximum allowed; therefore, the number of employees and customers in the store has been drastically reduced which means the stores are only open for online sales pick-ups and support.
