new macbook won't scroll....

so, i stopped by the apple store after work and picked up the new macbook.

all of the multitouch gestures work fine, EXCEPT the two finger scroll. of course, the most useful one doesn't work. AT ALL. anyone else have this issue?

i've done all of the sw updates, etc. frustrating.... looks like i'll be heading back tomorrow after work to try and get this figured out...
