Are Apple likely to continue to honour the current UK back to school offer on the new Macbooks released tomorrow? (£95 rebate on ipod & £60 rebate on printer)

The T&C's on the website state:

"Mac Product – any one of the following:

All Macintosh computers and the Configure-to-Order versions of these products are eligible, except for Mac mini, Apple TV and iPhone."

Which would suggest they will, have they done similar in the past?

they can also change the terms of the deal at anytime without any warning... so when the new ones are out, they could easily state which products do or don't qualify

if you read the fine print...

I wouldn't expect Apple to allow new products to be in the promotion - I'd expect them to keep the old ones to clear out the stock.

In the US, the free iPod touch promotion did not include the new versions of the touch, even though they were released before the promo ended.

The difference here is that the MacBook isn't the promo item (meaning you don't get a discount on the MacBook itself), so I don't really see why the promo wouldn't be available for the new ones.
