New MacOS new Firewall options

Those are not new, I have exactly the same settings on my Mojave system, perhaps older than that...
And, they are not firewall settings. I think those, more accurately, are privacy settings.
Your Mac system provides a variety of options for determining your physical location. Those settings are some of those.
