New MacPro Questions.

I am preparing for a new MacPro to replace my iMac.

One 2.66GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon "Nehalem" processor
3GB (three 1GB) memory
640GB hard drive 1
18x double-layer SuperDrive
NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 with 512MB

I plan to use dual screen, with either 2 x 20" or 2 x 24"
The screens I was looking at are these...

My question(s) are if I buy 2 of those monitors will I need two graphics cards? Also does anyone know the quality of those screens?

Every graphics card has two ports, so you'll just need a Mini DisplayPort-DVI adapter.
