New macs out soon? Australia store site is down

Just noticed the apple store website is down in Australia - the education one at least. I am ready for a new computer. Probably a laptop - but I will go an imac maybe... then get an old laptop. My 17" MBP is only 2years old and is falling apart. I should take pictures. You wouldn't believe what my battery looks like. (And that is just one problem).
Anyhoo... Im in the market and hoping!

oh ok... the usa site is down too... just the store page... i have noticed this in the past when they bring out a new thing... same thing happened when they announced leopard...
