New Mail Notification Sound???

Why does Apple feel the need to change sounds without asking us? Give us new sounds to choose from, absolutely, but don't change what I have.

I just noticed the New Mail Notification sound just changed. I want the old one back and it isn't in the drop down of available sounds.

Are there any work arounds?

Currently Ventura 13.6.4
