New MBA and loud fan

I just picked up the MBA 13 inch and I'm doing my first video chat on Skype and after a few minutes the fan kicked in and to me it sounds pretty loud. It didn't seem this loud on my old PowerBook G4.

So, would this be normal or is something wrong?

You also used your PowerBook for video chatting?

If not, then Skype is the culprit, but to be sure:

Have a look at Activity Monitor (Applications / Utilities /) and select All Processes and sort by CPU to see what the culprit may be.
Also check the "System Memory" tab to see what your "Page ins:", "Page outs:" and "Swap used:" are.
