New MBA bug?

I got my MBA moments ago. I noticed that whenever I quit an app, the menu bar disappears and I need to click the screen to make it reappear.

Edit: I restarted and problem was fixed.

Mine new 13" did that too after I first got it. I called AppleCare and they said they were reporting it as a bug. However, after the call, I did a reboot and it hasn't done it since.
