Upgraded to the latest 15” MBA, when I set it up I logged in to iCloud and all my files, safari tabs, photos, passwords, etc. were all there. The only thing I see that’s missing is settings and apps. I don’t really see a need to restore anything from Time Machine. Wondering if I’m missing something here?

Haven't the same issue with a new iPhone 15 - photos, notes, etc. Safari bookmarks all worked but not a single app has downloaded.
