So I just got my new mba and since the first day I got a kernel panic and the next couple days it's been freezing without reason whatsoever. Has anyone been experiencing same problems? Should I return my macbook air?

I think you should take it to the Genius Bar and see what they can do.

It sounds like a bad logic board. That happened to me with my 2010 MacBook Air. It kernel panicked all the time, and the fix was to replace the logic board. Since it is less than 14 days since you purchased it, my guess is that they will just exchange it.

Likely a bad logic board, either the memory or the CPU. Genius bar to the rescue!
