Did this start happening after you installed some software, or has it been going on since day one?

If it's been going on since you bought the system, contact Apple Support. Possibly a hardware fault of some sort since it's occurring in the kernel during sleep.

I would completely wipe the hard drive and reinstall the operating system. Basically, start from scratch. If the problem keeps happening, then I agree with dawg--it's probably a hardware error somewhere.
