New MBP 13" Battery Not Charging

Picked up new 2011 13 "MBP yesterday. I charged it overnight and the battery did not charge? When I plugged it in the light was green, not amber to green?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ive had other macbooks where I did not calibrate and did not have this problem

Just tried plugging in charging adapter the opposite way. Still shows the green color. It should be amber until fully charged which would then turn green.

I will exchange today at Best Buy.
