New MBP 13 Display Port to DVI issue?

I just got my new MPB 13 inch a few weeks ago and I keep having weird little graphic glitches on my external monitor randomly only with the MBP connected to it through the Displayport to DVI connector.
Anyone else having this type of issue?

It looks like snow on a TV channel that is not coming in at all for just a few seconds and then its ok again.

Oh I plan on buying a dvi adapter and then some other cables to plug my macbook pro 13 into my HDTV. Now i'm not to sure.
