Anyone have a suggestion?

First time Macbook user. I can connect to the guest account on our Linksys/Cisco E3000 router, but if I try to connect to connect to the regular, non-guest, ID, it won't give me access.

It says invalid password if I try to create the connection, even though I am 100% sure the password is correct.

If I let it run the Wireless Diagnosis, is says LAN Connectivity Failure. "You are connected to a Wi-Fi network that cannot communicate with your wireless router."

It also has listed Conflicting Security Types. "you are connected to a Wi-Fi network with the same name as a nearby Wi-Fi network with a different security type".

Any thoughts on where I am going wrong? All other PCs/iPads/Apple TV can connect to the router and work fine.
