New MBP 2.53 HD emits annoying high pitched sound

I have the new lower end MacBook Pro 15" that was just released. However, the hard drive is emitting this annoying high pitched sound. It's not loud per se, but just enough to get on my nerves. Maybe I just got a bad drive. Is this something apple would fix for me? Anyone else experienced this with the new MBPs? My drive is a 250GB Hitachi HTS545025B9SA02.
