New MBP 2014 - GraphicCard / Photoshop issue

Hello there,

I have a new MBP 2014 - 16Gb ram, Intel Iris Pro, 256 SSD..
I have a legal Adobe Photoshop CC. System is clean, all up to date. No El Capitan Beta.

Please see the enclosed file. It is a working environment where I zoom 12Mpx picture and I am getting these artifacts. Is there a solution?
