New MBP Battery conditioning?

Hi Everyone,

Thanks to the wonderful forum members here who helped me with my purchase, I ended up getting a new unibody MBP. I have read a few posts from people saying that I need to "condition" the battery when I first get it, however I have yet to find specific instructions on how to do this. If someone is willing to educate a newbie, I would appreciate it.

Thanks for posting that, not even joking, I had meant to do mine (just got it recently) and kept forgetting and since I'm at work and it was in my laptop bag it's been on for a while playing music in Itunes w/ the visualizer at full screen (so it doesn't sleep) and it's about to go into sleep so I can calibrate.
