New mbp for watching movies - better graphic card needed?

so I'm leaning towards the new mbp instead of the new old 2.5ghz.

Since I like to watch movies on my 15' do I need to turn the better graphics card on? I'm afraid it would get too hot on my lap.

My sis is buying from the store in half an hour. I need to decide! Also, ehat should i ask her to look out for? Thanks.

You won't need to turn on the 9600. It won't make any difference.

The integrated graphics GPU works great from what I can see. I've turned on the dedicated GPU once to test it out with a game, but other than that I've left it on the integrated card for increased battery life.

It should be fine for watching DVD quality video, but keep in mind that the slot loading drive will also generate heat.
