The 'legal' way forward would be to purchase a OSX install retail disc from Apple etc.
Using any torrent does not mean you have the license to use the software. Depending on the release date off your purchased MBP, it may well have come with an older version of OSX.

Whether you wish to go ahead is completely up to you though. Personally I like to stay away from software torrents because you can never be sure of whether the software is 'clean'.
For example, how do you know that torrent you have linked to doesn't contain a key logger or some sort of malicious tool inserted into it?......
