New MBP hard drives, and upgrade options

I originally was going to purchase a custom built 15" MBP, with the upgrade to a 7200RPM 320GB drive. Instead I opted to pick up a stock 5400 model.

Does anyone know what make and model the 7200RPM drive is that Apple is using?

Anything special I need to know when I seek out a drive upgrade?
