New MBP keyboard: no virtual numeric keypad?

Hi,

I've read that the new MBP keyboard has no Numlock and numbers are no longer written on certain keys (in a numeric keypad like pattern). Does this mean that there is no longer a way to emulate a numeric keypad?

I found this issue brought up put couldn't find a clear answer to this. Thanks.

See also the pictures on Apple's Macbook Pro webpage. Scroll down a bit, below the "bird" image there is photo taken from above. Clearly no virtual keypad.

Definately no virtual numeric keypad...
I can see why they removed it, I for one have never made use of it.
