Two not-so-related items, but:
1. It seems like the new 15" MBPs have both soldered SSDs and RAM. I am so hoping this isn't the case for future possible upgrade paths (like, I don't know, lose the proprietary interface from the prior gens?) as well as how the heck will anyone every get a logic board replaced outside of AppleCare short of sending to a pro SMD/component shop? Logic board replacements are already $ when not covered, but now for example, including a 1 or 2TB SSD onboard? Just...wow. Hope I'm wrong here.
2. I'm sure more than a few of us 'dock' our MBPs with external displays, keyboards, and mice. I've used a Logitech Mouseman for years with the unifying receiver which is....USB-A, of course. Right now, I have one on a USB hub at the office and another in a USB hub at home, but when traveling, it remains 'permanently' in one of the MBP USB slots and doesn't stick out enough to be a concern. Considering Logitech's huge 'delay'/miss/fail in providing Sierra updated drivers, any ideas here on those using them? This is not so sanely 'dongle-able' IMO, although in general I'm fine w/all USB-C.
