I will receive my new mbp in the next weeks.
Do I have to make any declaration of ownership or other similar registration, in apple.com?
Does this procedure gives any benefits to the apple product owner?
Is it worth the mess or not?
Is there such a procedure or not?

You don't have to. All they will do is send you emails trying to get you to buy tons of accessories, software, and other stuff.

If you bought the mbp online through Apple and bought Apple Care, you will be auto enrolled so there is no need to confirm or declare anything.

There is. you get prompted to register it to your apple id. it makes it more convenient with repairs and such., so if you have an apple id it's worth it.

You may choose to register any of your Apple devices here: https://supportprofile.apple.com/

It links your devices to your Apple ID which may make it easier when visiting the Genius Bar or to just keep track of your device serial numbers.
